Let’s have a get together! We will be creative, taking a fun approach to the 30-day Self-Care process. In this workshop we will create a jar to place self-care activity prompts, we will create the prompts to put in the jar, and we will add in some personal smudging to clear our personal energy PLUS have a smudge stick to take home to clear energy as needed.
This is offered as a workshop in Paige’s home (dates TBD) OR we can custom design it for your group of friends (workshop is planned for 6-8 people, mutually agreed upon date/time) in your space.
